the lbs. r melting off!

i lost 5 more lbs. this last week! 40 lbs. in 7 weeks. i'm going on two months on this diet. it has gone by pretty fast. it will b fun in a couple weeks when i get down below 300 lbs.

what can i say...five more pounds.

@ thursdays meeting i weighed in @ 323 lbs. i've lost 35 lbs. in 6 weeks and i feel great! only about 100 more to go. yes!

five more pounds and counting...

on thursday night i weighed in at 328 lbs. which means i've lost 30 pounds in 5 weeks. its melting away, slowly, but surely.

my girls are home from kenya!

katie and abby arrived home this afternoon at lax with the rest of the team! safe and sound! they had a great trip! katie said the hs students were great! it was a long 2 weeks. all the thanks and praise go to our awesome GOD for his hand on their trip!

my dad is so awesome!

my dad came over yesterday and today to help paint our living room. katie has been wanting a new color and kinda hinted that it would be great if i could make that happen while shes gone. so we made it happen. we painted over the bright golden yellow color with a faded seafoam. looks nice!

another 5 pounds...and counting

went to my meeting tonight and lost another 5 pounds. thats 25 pounds lost in one month. just a couple more to go!
